Wine Over Water Event Supports ULM Scholarships | 4-16-14

The 9th annual Wine Over Water at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is Thursday, April 24.  The celebration of wine and food on the ULM bridge helps to raise funds for the "Spirit of the Warhawk" Scholarship program.  Director of Alumni Relations Devin Girod shares on the upcoming event.
