U.S. Senator David Vitter spoke to members of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce Tuesday.  In a speech laying some groundwork for his gubernatorial run, Vitter discussed education as a top priority.  He says a key potential for the future of Louisiana is education and shared some ideas he hopes will benefit K-12 and funding for the state's higher ed system.
