Managing your own money can be hard if you’ve never had a good example. Many young adults have rude awakening when setting out on their own for the first time.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Business is partnering with the United Way of Northeast Louisiana to offer financial literacy training for high school students. Guests for the program include Dr. Ron Berry, dean of the College of Business at ULM, Janet Durden, president of the United Way of Northeast Louisiana, and Michelle Saucier, the United Way’s director of community impact.
