The disabled Carnival cruise ship Triumph has docked in Alabama.  Passengers are headed home after incurring the misery of being without power and proper sanitation for several days.  The incident extends past the crippled voyage to cancellations, rebooking future Triumph cruises, and vacation choices by potential customers.  Tropical Tans & Travel owner/agent Vicki Kolb shares on the immediate impact of the incident, and how the cruise industry seeks to respond such a mishap.
