A West Ouachita teenager who was convicted in 2011 of murdering his parents will be resentenced.  Dalton Fletcher was given an automatic life sentence in the case.  A 2012 ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court, which became effective this year, bans imposing the automatic life sentence for juveniles convicted of a murder charge.  Attorney Charles Kincade, who represents Fletcher, shares on the court's decision and what it creates for the possibility of parole or probation in such cases.
