A Starry Night For Wine & Chocolate | 2-24-14

A selection of wines are served alongside delectable chocolates as the Quota Club of Monroe hosts the 2nd annual Wine & Chocolate Under The Stars event this Friday night at Landry Vineyards.  Proceeds benefit the Quota Club in several sponsored projects.  Event chair Shannon Rider shares more on the fundraiser.
