Series Brings Local Musicians To Lunchtime Concerts | 10-1-13

The arrival of October brings the fall schedule of the Brown Bag Concert Series.  This month's lineup features Celtic, Broadway, and several other music styles to the stage at Anna Gray Noe Park in downtown Monroe.  North Louisiana Arts Council member Georgia Street shares about the performances and the growing popularity of the series in the community.
