Ruston Welcomes Holiday Arts Tour | 11-22-13

Nearly 80 artists participate this weekend in a holiday art tour presented by the North Central Louisiana Arts' Council.  Highlights include musical performances and poetry readings, children's activities, and a community variety show on Sunday afternoon.  NCLAC Executive Director Jessica Slaughter shares on some of the events taking place this weekend.
