Companies who decide to raise minimum pay to $10 an hour, may force other companies already at that level to increase their entry pay.  International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 446 Business Manager Josh Palmer says that's a delicate concern over the issue of raising the minimum wage when it comes to skilled workers.  Palmer is a panelist for KEDM's Policy And A Pint.  The free, public discussion on raising the minimum wage is tonight at 5 p.m. at Jeff's Place on Tower Drive in Monroe.
