NOVA Celebrates 2013 Graduating Class | 6-25-13

This week is the culmination for 44 students at NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana.  Graduation ceremonies are Thursday night in Monroe.  NOVA Executive Director Paul West and Director of Programs and Participant Services Juanita Woods, share on the program's impact on the local workforce.
