NLAC's Usrey Receives Leadership Award | 6-25-13

Northeast Louisiana Arts Council President Tommy Usrey received the Alene Valkans Award at the 2013 Americans For The Arts' Local Arts Leadership Awards presentation in Pittsburgh.  The award acknowledges an individual whose arts advocacy efforts have affected the political landscape at the state level.
