The Mirari Brass Quintet, a group of college music professors, tours the country presenting concerts and educational events. The group is known for its wide variety of musical styles featuring music from the Renaissance to Jazz.

The ULM School of Visual and Performing Arts, Division of Music presents a series of masterclasses and a concert Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall on the ULM campus.

Midday Classical host Jason Rinehart interviews Alex Noppe, a member of the Mirari Brass Quintet, who also serves as the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Endowed Chair in Music at ULM.
