Dr. Larry Frey visits the University of Louisiana at Monroe as part of the ULM Dept. of Communication's Traveling Scholar Series.  Frey, a professor at the University of Colorado-Boulder, delivers a presentation on connecting research to intervention in communities and small groups over social justice issues.  Frey's discussion is free and open to the public.
