Over time, universities in Louisiana have been encouraged to diversify their program offerings. Now, though, under pressure to raise graduation rates, eliminating low completer programs by consolodating them may be the best answer. Dr. Nick Bruno, president of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, examines how the recent report on low completer programs by the Board of Regents will affect ULM.
