An Indescribable Moment For Miss Louisiana | 7-2-13

Jaden Leach is the newly-crowned Miss Louisiana.  The University of Louisiana at Monroe political science junior won the title Saturday night at the Jack Howard Theatre.  Leach, whose platform is 'Children At Risk', competes in the Miss America pageant this September.
