Campbell
Dr. Wilson Campbell is the Lucy Shackleford Endowed Professor of Kineseology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He says the key to making changes involves both short-term and long term goals.

"A goal should be realistic, meaning that I can achieve it; and then secondly that it should be challenging, meaning that I should have to work hard to acheive it."

Campbell says that despite the claims of late night TV ads, there's no magic pill or creme. The best way to physical fitness is still consistent exercise and making good food choices.
