A Distinguished Honor In Helping Children | 6-29-12

Joan Chardkoff's professional career was teaching children foreign language.  She has continued to work with children, as a volunteer advocate for youth going through a judicial process.  Recently, Chardkoff received the honor of being named the 2011 CASA Child Advocate of the Year.
