Dining Elegance & Education | 5-3-13

Students at Riser Middle School are given a real-life experience in the food and restaurant industry.  Their course studies prepare them for a fine dining lunch service they provide at the school each year.  Each student spends time in each workstation to understand the entire process of the profession.  Funds raised by the three-week lunch service go toward supplies and materials for the program.
