Cookbook Benefits Scholarship Fund | 9-16-13

A second edition cookbook from the Ouachita Parish Republican Women's Club is released this week.  The collection includes an array from appetizers to specialty beverages.  Proceeds benefit the Billy G. Haynes Memorial Scholarship at ULM.  Jo Hale shares on the club and the cookbook project.
