Concert Series Delights Downtown Crowd | 3-27-13

April marks the return of the Brown Bag Concert Series to Anna Gray Noe Park in Monroe.  The Wednesday concerts by local artists welcome guests to bring their lunch and enjoy the free performances.  Northeast Louisiana Arts Council's Georgia Street shares on the scheduled appearances for the    series.
