College of Pharmacy faculty appointed to state association | ULM Forum 9-16-11

Three faculty members of the University of Louisiana at Monroe School of Pharmacy have recently been elected to the board of the Louisiana Society of Health System Pharmacists, a trade organization that supports clinical and hospital pharmacists and technicians.

Dr. Roxie Stewart, Clinical Assistant Professor in Pharmacy at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and the new President-Elect of the organization explains the role of LSHP in development of pharmacists throughout the state. The Society now serves over 1,000 members and is a state affiliate of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Also elected to the board of directors from ULM were Assistant Professor Dr. Brice Mohundro and Clinical Assistant Professor Dr. Jessica Brady.
