A politician's passion for a given issue can lead to an enthusiatic, electrifying speech.  During his time as a member of the state House of Representatives, Charles Riddle III noticed on a regular occasion, words got jumbled and what was heralded was rather humorous.  Riddle collected those remarks and stories from his time in office in a book titled, The Outhouse Report.  He shares on his time in the legislature and some anecdotes of what was heard on the House floor.
