The Monroe City School Board voted to delay further consideration of a charter application for Neville High School until next year.  Some board members called for more time to review terms of service and financial estimates in an agreement with Neville Alumni and Friends Association to operate the school.  NAFA President Susan Weaver (pictured at podium) and other  members may continue discussions with the board, or opt to apply directly to the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
