Bill for Delaying Evaluation Penalties Moves Ahead | 4-30-13

A measure to delay reward or penalty of the new teacher evaluation system has moved through a House committee.  There is general support of the bill as evaluation reform, passed last year by the legislature, is currently under appeal.  The item is expected to be taken up by the full House soon.  Ouachita Parish Superintendent Dr. Bob Webber discusses the new evaluation system and the potential for lengthy debate over the reform.
