Bill Calls For Dividing State's Budget During Mid-Year Cuts | 3-13-13

Budget Reform members are seeking to address HB 1, the state's operating budget, in an item being filed for the legislative session.  The bill calls for the budget to be split into two categories when mid-year reductions occur.  District 14 Rep. Jay Morris says the measure would help better assess where cuts could be applied.
