Battle Over City's Budget | 4-16-13

Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo vetoed an amended budget approved by the City Council.  The item goes back before the council for a possible override vote.  Political analyst Dr. Gene Tarver shares on recent actions taken over the budget and the impending deadline for having the item finalized.
