Artist Call For "Art With A Bayou View" | 9-17-13

It's a new venue for a signature benefit for the Monroe Symphony Orhcestra.  Art With A Bayou View is November 22nd, on the 7th floor of the ULM Library.  This year also serves as a juried competition for art submissions form across the region.  Mary Ann Riddle and Charlie Heck share on the new facets of the MSO annual fundraiser.
