Area Agencies Address Truancy | 8-19-13

Several area agencies are making parents aware of the issue of truancy.  Over 1,700 referrals were received by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office last year.  4th District Court Judge Sharon Marchman and OPSO Sgt. Earl Henry share on a joint initiative to reduce truancy and the consequences of students not being in school.
