Approval of GRAD Act Agreements | 10-28-10

The state Board of Regents has approved performance agreements for 34 college and university campuses.  The agreements are tied to the GRAD Act, establishing guidelines for those institutions in order to raise tuition fees.  House speaker Jim Tucker, author of the GRAD Act, and University of Louisiana System President Randy Moffett comment on the impact of the agreements for higher education.
