A survey released this week shows teenagers still likely underestimate the distraction of texting while driving.  Teen drivers, ranging from permit age to 17, responded to questions on their view of texting while behind the wheel.  Gary Stephenson, whose company conducted the survey, shares on some the more significant findings.
