5th District Candidate Profiles: Weldon Russell

Former state representative Weldon Russell says he wants to shape the future for the next generation by serving as congressman of Louisiana's 5th district.  Among items that he is addressing in his campaign are equal pay for women and securing needed monies for infrastructure across the district.
