5th District Candidate Profiles: Neil Riser

State senator Neil Riser says he hopes to make a difference for more taxpayers by running for Congress.  The Columbia-based senator says he wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act and work to promote key industries, such as agriculture, in the 5th district.
