The University of Louisiana at Monroe hosts its 10th annual Wine Over Water event from 7-10 p.m., Thursday, April 9. As one of ULM’s premier events, Wine Over Water provides the opportunity to support ULM’s scholarship funding. Proceeds go to the “Spirit of the Warhawk” scholarship. There is a fee to attend.
