Audiences join an extraordinary adventure in this dramatic adaption of Rudyard Kipling’s classic novel featuring everybody’s favorite jungle hero, Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves in the jungle.
With the help of his friends — the bear Baloo, the panther Bagheera, and the python Kaa — Mowgli is learning to survive as they teach him about ’Jungle Law.’ But the jungle is also the home of Shere Khan, the dangerous man-eating tiger who has vowed to destroy Mowgli.
Mowgli and his friends at Strauss Youth Academy for the Arts learn the true meaning of the word "family."
Public performances continue May 7 at 7 p.m.; May 8 at 3 p.m.; May 14 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and May 15 at 3 p.m.
