The Century Link Star Spangled Spectular! The Annual Independence Day Firework Display is on July 4 at 9pm. The event is best viewed from Downtown Monroe, Downtown West Monroe, Forsythe Park, or close by, as the fireworks display will be shot from the center of the Endom Bridge, promptly at 9pm.
