Local beautification groups take part in America Recycles Day tomorrow.  Ouachita Green sponsors dropoff locations along the parking circle in front of the Monroe Civic Center from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.  City of Monroe Beautification Director Greg Smith shares on the recycling event.
