Area School Districts Boost Pre-K Access Through Grant | 12-11-14

Monroe City and Lincoln Parish School are among six school districts across the state to receive grant funding to improve pre-K access.  The U.S. Department of Education selected Louisiana and 17 other states to receive up to $32 million over 4 years.  The grant allows for an additional 4,500 seats for 4 year olds to participate in pre-K programs.
